Additional Information:
A one-time cleaning fee of $95 will be applied for the final cleaning of the villa. Additional cleaning is available and can be easily arranged through the concierge upon arrival.


Cancellation Notice:
Please note that holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period, we will refund the recovered portion of the rent, minus a $500.00 USD administration fee.

With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. However, the refund less a $250.00 USD administration fee.
